I live in Florida, if I call 1-800-810-BLUE and am content with the doctors and hospitals in my area that participate with the Blue Card PPO, does that mean I can switch from Traditional Blue Cross into LEHB Personal Choice?

YES, we would strongly encourage all members living out of the Personal Choice area to switch into Personal Choice to eliminate payroll deductions, deductibles, and Major Medical paperwork.
