If you or your family member was involved in an auto accident and you require the use of an attorney you must:

• Clarify that the attorney’s contingency fee is on the net amount of the settlement not the gross amount.
• Remember Blue Cross will subjugate or request medical reimbursement for all claims paid by Blue Cross that was the responsibility of your car insurance company.
